The team is great to deal with, very quick, responsive, attentive and efficient. We especially appreciate Sean our client success manager and the attention he gives our company. Extremely disappointed with this service center. My questions were completely ignored, and the staff showed no effort to understand the actual issue. It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before bringing their device here.

Just spoke to Ben about defederating a domain and migrating among other subjects. Ben is extremely knowledgeable with how Godaddy and Microsoft 365 work. If anyone reading this has been to their webpage has seen that Teckpath is a Microsoft Gold Partner so anything Microsoft 365 they can handle! Ben was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is straight forward as well. I feel very confident using Teckpath in the future for both of my companies!
