Feedback on IT Support - MarkThis morning, I was running behind for our scheduled meeting, and I truly appreciated Mark's patience with my tardiness. Once I communicated that I was delayed but my computer was online, he immediately began his tasks without hesitation.During the session, Mark not only resolved my computer issues quickly and effectively, but he also took a moment to share advice-- reminding me to enjoy these times with my kids because they grow up so fast. That thoughtful reminder meant a lot and showed the personal care he brings to his work.Thank you, Mark for your professionalism, patience, and the excellent support you provided today.Renee T - CFGC

I can’t say enough good things about Palm Desert Greeks Computer Repair! After trying several other places with no luck, they were the only ones who could actually fix my computer. They were friendly, honest, and quick to get the job done. I’m so relieved to have my computer working again — highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable tech help!

Visiting family in the area and had an issue with my mac and it not recognizing my external hard drive. Went as a walk-in, the day before my flight and the female employee was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Fixed the problem on the spot, luckily wasn't too complicated. Could not recommend this place more, I have had other issues in the past and always bad experiences at the Apple in Palm Desert. Go to the Palm Desert Geeks they are the best, just be aware they are on the 2nd floor!

I've had my ups and downs hiring various IT professionals to assist in our tech operations. A trusted friend recommended this firm, and since then, I haven't looked back. Dealing with ITAdOn has been delightful; they have been our most reliable partner so far, and no provider I've ever hired has come close in terms of responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism.I've achieved great results with them, receiving fantastic IT support and meeting our recruiting needs. Huge thanks to the ITAdOn team for helping us scale our business.

I have been very satisfied with the IT Support we have received from ITAdOn. ITAdOn has helped us build a secure IT infrastructure that gives us peace of mind (especially where there are a lot of cybersecurity and ransomware risks nowadays). Every staff member is very competent, responsive, and easy to work with. They treat us like their own and do whatever it takes to properly get the job done. The team members at ITAdOn are truly the professionals you want on your team helping you out when your technology snags an issue. Knowing I can rely on them, they are our go-to IT support company here in Philadelphia! I highly recommend them.

ITAdOn has been managing our IT infrastructure for the last few months and we couldn’t be happier. The technical support team is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I feel great that our network, server, and our workstations are up to date and running smoothly. They recently upgraded our workstations to Windows 11 which was effortless on our end and everything is working seamlessly. Very happy with their service.

Chuck and Todd are always available to solve your computer problems. They’ve assisted me numerous times and are easily reachable by phone or email. They provide prompt responses and can effortlessly take control of the affected device, resolve the issue, and explain what went wrong, why it occurred, and how they are preventing future problems. I give them a perfect 10/10.

If you are considering joining this company to build your career, I strongly recommend you pause and gather accurate information first, as it could save you from making a decision that might put your career at serious risk. Despite having some promising projects, the company lacks experienced employees in the relevant technologies and is actively seeking developers who can work on these complex projects for unreasonably low salaries. There is absolutely no work-life balance, and the working hours are extremely rigid. Salaries are frequently delayed, and the company does not maintain any emergency financial support for employees. Moreover, there is a complete absence of effective management or structured business operations. Unrealistic expectations are placed on employees, including the demand to complete long-term projects within impractically short deadlines. Overall, these issues raise significant concerns about the company's professionalism, sustainability, and respect for employee well-being.
