DPC Technology is amazing! I don't know what we would do without them! We started with them almost 13 years ago when our dental practice was just opening! They helped to put us on the right track from the very beginning. They were right there to hold our hand and make sure that our new building was perfect. Not only do they provide the services you would expect from an IT support company (backups, help with equipment when it goes down, etc.) but they also help to grow your business. They have continuing education in their facility all the time. They are a great resource and have helped improve the functions of all aspects of our practice. Dez is amazing!!! Anytime I need help, she is there and knows how to get the job done... quickly... and with a smile.. and maybe even a corny joke. If you are considering working with DPC Technology, I would tell you to just do it. It is a decision you will not regret!

Feedback on IT Support - MarkThis morning, I was running behind for our scheduled meeting, and I truly appreciated Mark's patience with my tardiness. Once I communicated that I was delayed but my computer was online, he immediately began his tasks without hesitation.During the session, Mark not only resolved my computer issues quickly and effectively, but he also took a moment to share advice-- reminding me to enjoy these times with my kids because they grow up so fast. That thoughtful reminder meant a lot and showed the personal care he brings to his work.Thank you, Mark for your professionalism, patience, and the excellent support you provided today.Renee T - CFGC

We were clearing out an old building and called a few recyclers in town about destroying some hard drives. Ian was really knowlegable and mentioned they had a shredder and could video tape the destruction for our piece of mind. He also took some old LTO tapes we had and shredded those. What I liked about Integritrade was they were friendly, efficient, and thorough. During the destruction process, Ian checked every desktop computer to make sure the CD drives were empty and also checked our printers for residual paper in the scanner feed. Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality. If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.
