Maxwell has been such a lifeline for me. He was not only willing to fix my situation, but he even showed me what to look for, and directions on how to fix, in case if it happens with one of my coworkers on their computers. He was super patient with me, even when I called him back when I had another issue with my printer. He got right to the problem and had a such a friendly voice, that I didn’t feel that I was a bother calling in the ticket. We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them.Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.

It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity.Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support.Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable IT provider.
