Service guys and operators are kind and good at what they do. Since being taken over, the Acct Manager we deal with is rude, short and acts like everything is a problem unless she thinks she's going to get a sale. So kind and responsive at that point, the rest of the time, No.

One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff. And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

I first found Layer Logix during an IT emergency years ago. Donovan went out of his way to get all my computers and servers up and running in no time at all. If it wasn’t for him and his dedication to going above and beyond, my business would have lost thousands of dollars!

Donovan and Patrick at Layer Logix did a phenomenal job migrating email providers/domains. The process was swift, smooth, and they were able to provide input on how to enhance Outlook in addition to providing the proper plug-ins needed on the website. The support after migration was also excellent. Truly a ten star service if I could vote ten stars!

I almost shut down my travel blog whilst hosting with an American company due to how exorbitant they charged me. Again, I don't want to host with a Nigerian company because of the wack service most of them provide. I took a leap of faith by trying out Akolagtech and this is my second year without any issue whatsoever with my blog. I am already making plans of moving my domain to them soon!

Campfire Solutions is your one stop shop for all things IT related. They have answered all my questions and provided excellent support in great detail, no matter how small I thought my question might be. I am transitioning from a large corporate into starting my own business, Campfire solutions is there when I need them, and I must say it's really comforting to know the person I am talking to is located right here in the United States.

Small online shop owner here. My biggest headache was answering the same questions all day: where's my order, do you ship to X, is this in stock. Komitis Lab set up a chatbot on our store and WhatsApp that handles all of that on its own and pulls real info from our orders, not canned replies. Took about two weeks, no drama. Customers get answers at 11pm and I get to sleep. If you run an ecommerce and you're drowning in DMs, talk to these guys.

We hired Komitis Lab to rebuild our website for our HVAC business in Orlando. The old site was slow and looked dated. David delivered a fast, modern site in three weeks, set up the contact forms and Google Analytics, and walked us through how to update it ourselves. We started getting form submissions the first week.

Before: 40-50 messages per day, answered manually, many outside of business hours. Now: 80% are resolved by the system Komitis Lab built, and I only receive the worthwhile ones. Response time has gone from hours to seconds. They built it in two weeks, without changing the tools I was already using, and the monthly cost is less than what I used to spend on time.

Centralink has been an invaluable IT partner for Goodwin Company for a number of years. Their services include problem solving of day-to-day IT issues to strategic forecasting of the company's future IT needs. But the best part of it all is how helpful, easy to work with and personable the Centralink team is.

Called asking a General question about catering. The operator said they don't accept these types of calls. I thanked her for her honesty and told her I had one more question. I asked if this company only does It or if they do CRM as well and she just hung up on me. My company is looking for CRM and It support so I wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Even if they do CRM I wouldn't go with them based on the rude operator 4/28/26 11:26 AM
