101 digital seems to have just shut down services, with no notice to it's clients. They don't answer the phone, and emails auto answer with a message to contact Anita at Sunny Direct, who also doesn't return phone messages or emails. They've left us in a very difficult position just as we head into our busiest time of the year. If they come back in any form, I'd suggest buyer beware!

DPC Technology is amazing! I don't know what we would do without them! We started with them almost 13 years ago when our dental practice was just opening! They helped to put us on the right track from the very beginning. They were right there to hold our hand and make sure that our new building was perfect. Not only do they provide the services you would expect from an IT support company (backups, help with equipment when it goes down, etc.) but they also help to grow your business. They have continuing education in their facility all the time. They are a great resource and have helped improve the functions of all aspects of our practice. Dez is amazing!!! It started when Matt Nadelson called to ask if he could come a half-hour early. That alone separates Computer Camaraderie from most in-house appointments with people coming late and not always calling to say they'll be late. Once Matt arrived, he immediately addressed the issue and by the time he left, the problem was resolved and he taught me a couple of things on the computer as well as on my cellphone. It's wonderful to have someone you trust who is so very knowledgeable ... and nice.

I had a total disaster after Best Buy's Geek Squad installed a new computer for me. It opened a new Microsoft installation with a new name, and it named me as Administrator, both without informing me or letting me know the new names. Several rescue tries with other organizations only resulted in the disappearance of everything, probably into the cloud although I didn't know how to retrieve them from there. My financial and medical and other info for the past 35 years were apparently gone. I was then referred here. They were very patient and helped me, even though I was finally resigned to never seeing my files again. Finally, though, Bryan managed to find my things. Everything's in different places now, and I've spent the past week trying to arrange the stuff to my liking, but it's back! I don't have to try to find my back taxes if they're needed! It's an enormous weight off my back. I highly recommend this business.

Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them.Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.
