We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. I would recommend KDG to ANYONE wanting to transition into a simplified system where efficiency and transparency is key.

We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations.The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow.We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment.In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right.Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Employees and contractors should be aware of how this company handles financial and legal responsibilities.If you're considering working with or for SPOC, I strongly encourage you to exercise caution and do your due diligence

They carefully analyzed our entire ecosystem and offered multiple recommendations for improving our system (not just one). They also implemented various cost-saving measures. We incrementally upgraded our equipment and software solution as needed. You can choose from a variety of options, and they will work according to your timeline, your needs, your budget, and your staff's ability to change. I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

This company is not good. They called me for an interview and then sent me back home, saying they would take the interview on Google Meet instead. After the interview, they told me that I was not selected. When I asked for the reason, they said they couldn’t give feedback because multiple interviews were conducted. Very bad — this is not good behavior. They are just wasting employees’ time.
