We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Our company has been a client of Univision since 2017. Pete Sinclair just worked on our file transfer following additional storage installation in under and hour and we're back up and running. We could not be happier with their work product.

We were trying to come up with a new-age social networking platform and were looking out for expertise in validation of concepts and our USP for the technological landscape. Dextra Labs’ CTO Office conducted comprehensive research and several workshops to clarify the vision for the application, and assisted in documentation of the mission and objectives. The team helped develop the complete IT Strategy, execute PoC, build our tech team and facilitate faster Go To Market via rapid scalability. Kudos to the entire Dextra Labs team..

As a non-tech founder of a B2B SaaS-based Governance Risk and Compliance management platform, we were facing challenges with product development and scalability. Dextra Labs’ CTO Office services helped us with competition benchmarking and future product roadmap development. They understood the enterprise architecture landscape and suggested incremental technical improvements resulting in the implementation of improved code quality processes, reduced defects, and smooth product delivery to customers. Highly recommended, especially for non-tech founders/entrepreneurs.

I want to share a detailed account of my interview experience at NKU Technologies for other candidates, particularly experienced professionals considering applying here.I have 12 years of experience across various companies, including project-based and consulting roles — a fairly normal profile in today's job market. I cleared the technical round successfully, demonstrating that my skills and experience were not in question. Despite this, the next round with the CEO was not a professional or behavioral assessment — instead, it turned into an extended interrogation about why I left each individual company on my resume, one by one. This is not standard interview practice; a reasonable hiring conversation touches on career transitions briefly, not as a repeated line of questioning across every job change.More concerning: at one point, the conversation moved into asking about my personal political views. This has no place in a professional interview and is not a lawful or standard hiring practice anywhere I'm aware of.Having already cleared the technical bar, I expected the final round to assess culture fit and professional judgment — not to feel like being put on trial for my career choices and personal beliefs. If you're an experienced candidate with a varied career background, go in aware that this may be the kind of scrutiny you face here, and consider whether that aligns with how you want to be evaluated.
