Skynet Technologies exceeded my expectations and not only managed to update the site from drupal 6 to drupal 7 but also migrated our data from an abandoned e-commerce module to drupal commerce core. Mobile responsiveness was added and we didn't lose any data. Downtime on the live site was only like an hour as all the work was done offsite. Communication was good and they were responsive.
