Before working with IMPACT, we were stuck trying to make marketing work on our own. I had read They Ask, You Answer (the previous version of Endless Customers) and believed in the principles, but doing it DIY wasn’t producing results. That growth allowed us to hire a salesperson for the first time in four years, which freed our content manager to focus fully on building quality articles, videos, and new tools.
