- Nice guys, however did not deliver on objectives for us on a fairly large contract. Wasted time following people on Instagram and creating an excessive volume of content. - They tried but really poor value for money for our company and they do not seem to get the concept of requiring sales to justifytheir efforts, which are sold very well initially. I would love to be saying the opposite but have to be honest. - They had to redesign website several times after a few shambolic efforts by what was supposed to be a very experienced web design team. This was time wasted which my company paid for. - Wasted a lot of money unnecessarily on Google and IG ads with zero ROAS, did not grasp this was coming straight off our bottom line. - They can write and converse in English to a decent level but conversing as Western people would (US & UK citizens) is totally alien to the team. Consistently making errors in how our language is written in conversational tone. - They also took Indian holidays (of course they have to) however expected me to pick up the bill for these? In freelancing this is not common practice and I found it quite ignorant to their clients hard earned money which is obviously alarming in itself. - If a team like this cannot look after the clients objectives and money like it’s their own, then there are obvious warning signs they will never be a long term assignment. I wish them all the best and hope they find and respect some good clients for whatever niche it is they intend to specialise in. If any.
