Attention! - Big scam!After 3 months of communication back and forth ( with multiple people) , I ended up paying almost $5000 for a website that looks like crap.Had to have a new one built since there is no one to take responsibility for the work they have done. After trying for another 2 months to communicate and “ fix” the website, I finally gave up. They needed more, and more money to “ fix” a simple informative site ( that’s all I wanted)… And since I had already invested so much, it was hard to give up and I kept hoping and paying more and more until they drained my account. Being unable to pay someone else, I had no choice but to try building the website myself. I went to Godaddy and did it! Turned out it was so easy to do - multiple choices of templates! I found one that also allows me to take payments and make appointments online. And I paid $179 for it. Beautiful website! Please save your hard earned money and don’t even make attempts to contact these scammers.This, by the way, is the only bad review I ever left for someone and that should tell you a lot.Good luck!

Honestly, I have nothing short of 5 star feedback for this team. Brent, Amber and the entire crew at Matchbox are extremely intelligent, kind, professional and excellent at what they do. While incorporating and revamping our business model, it became apparent that we were need of a website update. I cannot recommend Red Canoe more highly and ardently! 🙌🏆I was introduced to Will of Red Canoe by our web designer to complete a project for our site that was outside her scope of expertise. Going into the meeting, I felt like a child with an ill-equipped vocabulary to fully explain what it was that we were wanting to "create and provide" on our website - I only knew what our idealized final product was imagined as. Will was/is INCREDIBLE to say the least! He listened to me ramble and stammer through the idea and the want to illuminate our practice's values & service to others, via a very specific feature. After I finally shut up, he asked very direct questions that made me feel, at the close of the conversation, that even I could understand the project proposal at large. In the process of completing our project, Will was responsive, investigative, professional, receptive and oh-so patient and understanding with me. I felt at ease and more than confident our final product was going to be the best version & reflection of our idea/s. The Beer, Bourbon and BBQ event was great. The lines were not too long. You could always get a little taste and drink of everything.They had a DJ playing some music which amped up the atmosphere.
