We have been working with New Target over 5 years ago and have been extremely happy with the services they have provided. We selected them to redesign our Drupal website and then provide ongoing support related to design, development, and hosting. Some of requirements of the redesign project included: a multi-program registration portal, integration with 3rd party systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, payment platforms), merging content/users from a second website into our main one, and redeveloping a custom test scoring and reporting tool used by volunteers. Our website is utilized by several distinct constituent groups, and addressing their very different needs often requires complex functionality and workflows. Their team has been excellent at navigating these challenges and implementing systems that satisfy user requirements. It has been a great experience partnering with New Target, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Alicia possesses the unique skill set of a hybrid brand manager and creative director/designer. This would normally necessitate multiple roles, but shes able to offer an incredibly strategic approach to crafting a brand narrative, inclusive of messaging and positioning, while simultaneously creating a visual identity (with options) to match. Shes very methodical in her approach and quite skilled at working across stakeholders and incorporating all points of view.
