"We loved working with badpixel! We had already started talking with some potential locations and we needed to quickly establish our logo and branding. With the questionnaire that kicked off our discovery, we were able to capture what we were looking for and it was clearly understood as we went into our first review and really liked what we saw. After a few modifications, we had our logo and style guide allowing us to start working on our social presence while the badpixel team continued to work on our Square website setup. Once the site was ready, they walked us through everything and we were able to jump in and take control! Getting a website up just before the holiday season was huge, it lead to our first sales and profit!"

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team. Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
