Designs were sleek, but the loyalty module took several rounds to get right. Their testing team missed a few obvious bugs during QA. The app is live on both Android and iOS and handling decent traffic. Post-launch support was helpful. We suggest they improve QA coverage and allocate more time to feature testing.

Not happy with Good Commerce or their services. We expected much more and were willing to pay the premium that they charge vs. other companies. In the end they didn't listen, didn't provide a quality service, and were unwilling to go back and make changes without charging extra. Would strongly advise against using this company.
