It's a complete mystery to me as to why I have received such ridiculously awful customer service regarding a "screw-up" that this company admittedly made on my order, especially after seeing so many other glowing reviews. (It makes me wonder.) I have been trying for months to get them to simply do what they said regarding a correction of my original order. When I call in to speak to a manager they put me on "terminal hold." Then when their answering devices detect that it's my number, it automatically gives me the message that they cannot take my call at this time. Even when you call in using another number, as soon as you ask for the manager, they just return you to "terminal hold." And that's no matter WHEN, or how many times, I call! I have also sent repeated emails to no avail. I paid $380 for a 500 business card order and they lied to me many times about having sent the new corrected order. The guys I spoke to were named: Mathew Wilson and Dave Carter. So many promises and outright lies. And trying to find out exactly WHO it is that owns the company has been a real nightmare. All I can say is: Buyer beware and this company sucks, big time!

Unbox has been our exclusive design and development partner for a complicated, multi-year hardware project after having started the project elsewhere. He has competently and efficiently steered us through the design for manufacturing process and met each occasional and inevitable hardware hiccup with solutions that are both ingenious and cost-effective. The team at Unbox just will not stop until they have the solution you need! With Unbox, you get the personal touch and attention to detail of a small team with the capabilities and know how of a larger firm. If you are looking to use this company, you may want to take a second to read over this review before you do so. This is one of the worst companies that i have worked with. In the beginning, it will seem great. They will tell all the things that you want to hear and you will sign a contract with them but BEWARE! Although you will sign a contract with them, they will not fulfill their end of their contract and at the end of the project, they will try to milk you for more money.Also, although the site is based in America, they hire people from China etc.. to do their work so although you will be shelling out American dollars, you are actually paying for someone in their house in India or China to do his/her job. All, in all, i was completely unsatisfied with the site that they did for me. Please feel free to reach out to me so i can tell you details and to show you receipts. I will even show you the contract! and how much money i paid for a project that really should have been half less than what i paid.I had to find others to clean up the mess this company made and the people that looked at my site said it was one of the worst that they have ever encountered!!!!Ps: I gave this company a “1” for effort…
