They moved quickly, their team was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish.What stood out most was their account manager’s ability to understand every aspect of the project from the creative vision right through to the technical details of the website. That deep context meant they could support us strategically while ensuring fast, effective implementation.Thanks to their clear communication and end-to-end support, we were able to build and launch our new website and rebrand seamlessly.

Really disappointing experience. Unfortunately I never got the chance to work with the company, so can't speak on their work, but from the first meeting i knew they were not for me. I was excited to speak with Andy as I saw Shape have great reviews and l really liked their website and culture. I had a few one line short emails when discussing time to arrange the call- but i assumed that may just be how they communicated.I then had a call with Andy and honestly he looked like he wanted to be be anywhere but there. He was quick to get us off the call, talking to others during the call, his tone was patronizing and my sister and i feel like we were wasting his time. He threw around big numbers i assume to scare us off (it didn't, we have it) and was in general very cold. I'm not someone who can separate craft from the person, and i'm definitely not putting money into a company if i'm not treated well. I was shocked also as this is behaviour from the co founder?...As a young Black female entrepreneur, i've had my fair share of negative experiences- but i was shocked to feel so sidelined by a company i was looking forward to working with. I don't know if it's ego, but please refrain from saying you are keen to work with small/budding businesses when you act like we are wasting your time. I had a call with another company shortly after & the experience was vastly different. I'm sure if i was from a big brand, the call would have gone very differently.

Our marketing team had a fantastic experience with Modal Digital as they worked with us to get the brand new version of our website up and running. The new site took some time to build as there is over 100+ pages but we got there in the end and it's looking absolutely brilliant! Modal's quote was on the higher side after we spoke with a few different agencies during the discovery phase but they 100% proved why paying that extra bit would be worth it in the long run offering us a way higher return on investment than we could have ever imagine even just within the first 3 months of our new site going live! Thanks again to Joe and the team, pleasure working with you guys and we looking forward to improving the site next year when we come back to it during our annual review.

The team did an amazing job redesigning our new website. We’re finally getting more traffic after struggling for three years since our initial launch. Since we started working with Modal, our online presence has transformed completely. Their services cost a bit more than some other agencies but these guys actually delivered the results they promised, making the investment well well worth it. I would highly recommend them to any business looking to increase traffic and who are ready to see the value a high performing website can offer!

We worked with Modal on the website for our new company, and the final outcome was spot on. The project took around 2 months in total from start to finish, with the brief being quite complex. The team is all happy with the final outcome as it definitely exceeded our expectations that we initially set out with. The communication was great, and the team at Modal were super clear with explaining all of the complex jargon to us so we were able to make informed decisions about the website at all the major milestones throughout the project. Highly recommend these guys!
