Absolute scam and fraud company.Stay awayAfter being a customer for a couple years I tried adding a new hosting account & domain. It wouldn't work to connect. Support would say they'd need to check on it and get back to me then never would. I had to follow up day after day for over a week and eventually delete everything and start from scratch myself to resolve all the while they charged meThen the unauthorized charges started. $200 for overages while we hadn't received traffic yet, which they confirmed but then said they were charging me anyway.I canceled all services and started getting new services added. They applied 2FA and I couldn't access the account at all.I emailed reporting all of this as unauthorized & fraud ccing every publicly available email address forbidding charging my credit card and instructing them to shut down everything closing the account.I received no reply and we needed to follow up repeatedly to get a reply, which instead of doing as directed asked us to remove 2FA. Then proceeded to charge over $1200 of additional charges.A business partner described them as "the worst hosting & support service I've seen in 13 years of online marketing"Stay away from these trash scammers and don't expect any support.

Their customer support is far and away the best I have received from any company, across any industry.They literally respond to any ticket I submit within minutes, even if I submit it at 3 am!I needed a rush server built and they told me it can take 48 hours. I explained it was a rush, and they built in in literally 3 hours for me. Not only that but thw two reps who helped me with it, followed up numerous times throughout the day to make sure I was informed of the status.That is just ONE of the situations that they went above and beyond.Every time I submit a ticket they not only offer a solution, but often times they just do it themselves. Rather than say, here's what you need to do, they just do it!They are just too darn good. I am so so happy to have found them. I moved from AWS, and not only am I saving a lot of money, I am getting impeccable customer support, as well as an amazing team that I know has my back.You are getting truly managed services at Nexcess for rock rock rock bottom prices. I cannot believe it.
