I first worked with Expert Book Publisher on my wife’s book, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The team was professional, attentive, and guided us smoothly through the entire publishing process. Their commitment to quality and their ability to listen and incorporate our vision into the final product really stood out. Because of that positive experience, I had no hesitation in partnering with them again for the marketing of my wife’s autobiography. They’ve been proactive, transparent, and strategic in their approach, which gives us great confidence in reaching the right audience for her story. I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication, and I highly recommend Expert Book Publisher to any author looking for reliable publishing and marketing support.

Writers, Proceed with Caution Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise fellow writers to be cautious before engaging with this company. I was charged premium rates for marketing services that ultimately proved ineffective. Most of the promotional materials—including AI-generated images—bore no relevance to the actual content of my anthology, and I ended up having to write or revise much of the marketing myself. What concerned me most, however, was discovering that blog posts referencing my book were appearing alongside links to websites of an explicit or potentially malicious nature. I requested my pen name be removed from these sites, but received no cooperation. After escalating the issue, I was refunded—only after strongly insisting on a resolution. However, when my attorney attempted to serve the company with a formal request to remove remaining online references to my work, the business address listed on their website proved invalid and the documents were returned as undeliverable. This made further legal follow-up nearly impossible. Communication was inconsistent, and at times I felt that the team members used aliases or were not fully transparent about their roles. The entire situation left me disappointed and deeply frustrated. Although I did recover my funds, my pen name remains associated online with material I did not authorize, and I have no reliable means of having it removed. I hope my experience helps others make informed decisions.

I had no idea how many leads we were missing until Digital Ingenuity showed us the report. Calls not answered, messages not replied to, overtime it added up! After they set up the CRM automation & AI messaging system every lead got a response within seconds! We booked more appointments in two months than we did the whole previous quarter. Thank you for all that you’ve done and completely turned our business around!

Email Marketing Agency FAQs

What services does an email marketing agency provide?

It typically provides the following services:

  • Email audit: Analyzing the email strategy, performance, list health, deliverability, and security, and providing suggestions for improvement.
  • Template development: Creating a set of pre-designed layouts that businesses can customize and reuse for their campaigns.
  • Campaign management: Strategizing, implementing, and monitoring sales and promotional campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Email segmentation: Grouping subscribers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
  • Email automation: Configuring workflows to automatically send an email message based on a specific trigger (e.g., welcome emails and abandoned cart messages).
  • A/B testing: Testing different email elements, such as subject lines and CTA buttons, to improve performance.

How much does email marketing cost in the US?

DesignRush data shows that email projects can cost between $50 and $200 per hour. More clearly, projects start under $5,000 for 2-6 months and scale to $20,000–$100,000 and 12-24 months as complexity increases.

What ROI can I expect from email marketing?

You can expect to get $36 for every $1 spent on email marketing, achieving a 3600% ROI.

According to an Omnisend report, buyers who click automated emails convert at a rate of 1 in 3, compared to 1 in 18 for scheduled campaigns, highlighting how strategic automation dramatically improves returns.

How effective is email marketing compared to other channels?

Email remains the top revenue-driving owned channel. The Omnisend report also found that automated emails generated 37% of email-driven sales from just 2% of total email volume, outperforming both SMS and push notifications in overall revenue contribution.

Why is email automation important?

Email automation is the single biggest revenue lever in eCommerce marketing. Omnisend’s report shows automated messages outperform campaigns with:

  • +52% higher open rates
  • +332% higher click rates
  • +2361% higher conversion rates

This is why top email marketing agencies prioritize automation before increasing send volume.

Which email platforms do email marketing agencies typically work with?

They typically use a wide range of email service providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms, depending on the client’s size, industry, and technical needs.

Here are the most commonly used platforms:

  • Small businesses: Mailchimp, Constant Contact
  • B2B / SaaS: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo
  • eCommerce: Klaviyo, Drip
  • Enterprise: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable
