DesignX helped us revamp the entire UI/UX of our patient portal. Initially, we had a couple of meetings, during which my team showed DesignX our current design assets. Then, they created some UI/UX design mock-ups based on what we wanted and focused on the platforms ease of use. DesignX gave us different variations and versions of the UI/UX designs and let us pick between them.
