For me, the first impression would be lasting. And it's crucial how they make me feel, or what I initially feel in order for me to stay with a company. In comparison to the other company, Loop is still in the early stages, yet the upper management was really kind and considerate. And I've had a great time here so far. With the kind of individuals I'll be hanging out with, I'm confident I won't be sorry I chose Loop. :)
