Al truly cares about his clients and wanting to help them every step of the way. I worked with Al recently and had an incredibly positive experience. I have worked with quite a few recruiters in the past, but Al tops them all. From the beginning, Al showed me that what he does is not just a job to him, he truly cares about the person he works with and is genuine in every single interaction. Working with Al throughout my interview process for a medical sales position has been extremely rewarding! Al helped me build confidence in myself, guided me professionally, and even found ways to connect with me on a personal level to learn more about me as an individual. Working completely remote with someone can be difficult, but Al maintained communication almost daily and was easy to talk to! I would recommend working with Al to any individual.
