26-year ad veteran. Founder of nutrition brand Goodee™. Former gymnast. Alyssa is all of these. Since calling CP home 18 years ago, she has helped grow the agency from four to 170, established a Wellness Practice and assembled a robust creative group.
Since joining 16 years ago, Scott has pioneered CP’s empathy engineering philosophy and proprietary IQ/EQ/BQ process, emphasizing the importance of identifying shared values between brand and audience. He’s a national industry speaker and professor of evolving marketing strategies at Boston College.
With 20+ years in the business, 16 at CP, Dana has worked with national and regional clients in all categories. Overseeing the brand department means he’s always in pursuit of a true client/agency partnership. He is also managing director of Breaktime Media growing our shopper marketing practice.
10+ years ago Richard joined CP to forge a media department that has been growing ever since. Clients of varying budgets and resources have benefited from his deep understanding of media. He’s a true believer in integrated campaigns, working in lockstep with all departments to develop smart plans.
Since joining CP in 2011, Scott has led delivery of high-impact creative and tech solutions while expanding our digital capabilities. Scott touches all aspects of digital including UX, SEO, analytics and creative tech. Before CP, Scott held senior roles at Arnold, Molecular and Isobar.
One of the agency’s original partners, Steve has been managing operations to keep CP running smoothly for 18 of his 32 years in the industry. Whether it’s HR, finance, IT or the beautiful space we call “work”, Steve is responsible for ensuring every aspect of CP is firing on all cylinders.
After Arnold, Modernista, ISM, and client-side at Fidelity, Courtney brought her expertise in business development, strategy and brand to CP. In her 23 industry years she has helped lead award-winning campaigns for the likes of Volkswagen, RadioShack, Cadillac and CVS.
Lindsay has grown digital and traditional agencies Digitas, 360i and Kirshenbaum (KBS) over 15 years. She’s successful at solving client business challenges with the best use of strategy and integrated advertising. At CP she sharpens our story overseeing sharing of and winning with it unique to CP.
