Counting trucks at a mine gate by hand never really works. Someone always misses a vehicle, or writes down the wrong number. Mindrops built a computer vision system for us that does this job on its own. It looks at every vehicle at the gate, reads the number plate, and marks whether the truck is loaded or empty. Date and time get saved with each entry. It also counts how many trips one truck makes in a day. The gate is much easier to manage now. Daily reports are ready on their own, so nobody has to sit and prepare them at the end of the shift. Their team replied fast during the testing days, which helped us a lot. Weekend support is slow though. One fix stayed pending till Monday because of that. Still, for a mining business, having a clear record of every truck is a big help.

Been in water treatment for a long time, RO systems, softeners, iron removal, valves, the works, but our website never reflected any of that properly before this project. Mindrops rebuilt everything from zero, splitting products by segment, residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, agricultural, so customers actually land on what is relevant to them instead of scrolling through everything. Certifications like ISO, NSF, WQA are shown clearly too, which matters a lot when a municipal client is deciding whether to trust a vendor or not. Project is still ongoing honestly, we keep adding case studies and new product entries as things come up. Somewhere in the middle, content approvals got a bit messy since our team kept revising specs, cost us close to two extra weeks on a few product pages, mostly our own doing though. Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

Overall the project went smoothly, though there was one stretch in the middle where content approval got delayed by almost a week because of some back and forth on wording.
