Day 1 The session was really very interesting, thank you. I did have a couple issues with the presentation in that after the presenter reconnected his screen was not really visible (only the lower left part of the screen was visible) - it looked as if a virtual machine was being used and the screen was not rendering correctly through the zoom session (I am running on a MacBook Pro). also didn't see in the chat window the comments that the presenter seemed to see. I will try again for session 2 to see if it is usable. Day 2 Excellent discussion - very useful. Day 3 This was an excellent overall session. Excellent info and well prepared and presented. This inspired me to rebuild my virtual Windows environment (currently running on a Mac) in order to try out some of these techniques. I would highly recommend these sessions and look forward to reviewing the recordings to reinforce the information. Thank you for making this available to us.

Former employee- the beginning working relationships appears to be promising but what I learned was that their vendors were not prepared to provide onboarding credentials and training. Not to mention the company is very limited on company communication. It literally took 2-4 weeks for me to receive proper training and credentials. Not to mention the two vendors I was assigned being able to maintain employability of contract for a year. In the 2.5 years I was there I’ve been laid off twice and upon my 3rd assignment I had to take a pay cut. I decided to part ways and upon my existing they decided to switch my final check to paper instead of an electronic deposit without telling me. When I called / email the company to learn what had happen; I had to repeat my calls with no response back from them. When I finally spoke with HR I was I informed they need to ensure the return of company equipment. I was totally surprise, because no communication was conveyed to me, that they holding my pay Check. I’ve always been a loyal employee even with the 2 lay-offs, and decrease in pay. I never thought they would be ornery and be spiteful towards the end when they had me waiting on them for my return label to return the company equipment. I sent it back soon as I got the label, yet I am still waiting on my final paycheck which they have fail to confirm is in the mail. Not a bad company to work for, but strongly ask the top questions surrounded around sustainability, pay increases and employment, annual reviews, their vendors, process, and training, and the length of their vendors contracts.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
