Working with Nadcab Labs has been the most disappointing and exhausting business experience we've encountered in the history of our company, Partner Commercial Reality. We are a real estate firm based on trust, precision, and professionalism values we assumed would be mirrored by the app development company we chose to work with. Nadcab Labs marketed themselves as a top-tier app development firm capable of handling real estate platforms. The reality was a disaster from the very beginning, and what followed was months of miscommunication, incompetence, and a complete lack of responsibility.The initial discussions were smooth and filled with promises. We outlined our vision clearly: a mobile application that would allow property listings, digital document signing, customer scheduling, and internal agent communication core features essential to our operational goals. Their team nodded enthusiastically and even suggested improvements we hadn't thought of. At that point, we genuinely believed we had found a technical partner, not just a vendor. We were wrong. Perhaps the worst scenario was when we tried to go live with a basic version of the app for a soft internal launch. The plan was to let just our agents test it out. On launch day, the app completely failed to deploy. Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.

Our business buys old phones from people, and everything used to run through shops and phone calls. Mindrops built the apps for iPhone and Android so the whole thing now sits in one place: brand list, condition questions, price screen, ID upload, pickup booking and payment. Both apps were made together. There was a call every week, so nobody had to keep asking where things stood. Work finished on time. What stayed with us is how much attention went into the price screen. That one screen decides whether a seller trusts us or walks away, and they treated it that way. They also told us our condition questions were too long and asked to cut them down, which helped a lot. Not everything was smooth. The Android app fell behind for a while and a few screens had to be redone, and our own testing caught it before theirs did. Still, both apps run well and the job was done properly.

For a food products export brand, having a responsive and global ready storefront has changed the quality of conversations with international buyers.

Mindrops built a computer vision system for us that does this job on its own. It looks at every vehicle at the gate, reads the number plate, and marks whether the truck is loaded or empty. Date and time get saved with each entry. It also counts how many trips one truck makes in a day. The gate is much easier to manage now. Daily reports are ready on their own, so nobody has to sit and prepare them at the end of the shift. Their team replied fast during the testing days, which helped us a lot. Weekend support is slow though. One fix stayed pending till Monday because of that. Still, for a mining business, having a clear record of every truck is a big help.
