Maxwell has been such a lifeline for me. He was not only willing to fix my situation, but he even showed me what to look for, and directions on how to fix, in case if it happens with one of my coworkers on their computers. He was super patient with me, even when I called him back when I had another issue with my printer. He got right to the problem and had a such a friendly voice, that I didn’t feel that I was a bother calling in the ticket.
