He helps us update and maintain our company emails, new hardware and troubleshooting as well. He helped up solve a complex office phone issue when Verizon and Spectrum could not.

They were able to troubleshoot the issue to the best of his ability, verify the company warranty policy and checked with me to set up a time that worked to coordinate a call with the manufacturer. He then only brought me into the call when I needed to be, saving me time and frustration. Overall, it was a super pleasant interaction with IT and we were able to get the computer fixed. They other times I've had to reach out they have been helpful as well.
