I really wanted this connector to work, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.We purchased the connector to integrate WooCommerce with Odoo. Our business relies on WooCommerce Subscriptions, which is one of the most widely used WooCommerce extensions. Naturally, we expected a WooCommerce connector to support subscription workflows. At the time of purchase, there was nothing on the product page indicating that this was not supported or that such a fundamental limitation existed.During almost a year of production use, we encountered recurring operational issues including duplicate invoices, missing invoices, delayed invoices, and constant manual intervention to keep our subscription administration running. This made the solution unreliable for day to day business operations.To their credit, the support team invested time trying to help and even developed an additional subscription module for us at no extra cost. I genuinely appreciate that effort. Unfortunately, it never resolved the underlying issues, and we eventually had to develop our own solution.What disappointed me most was the outcome afterwards. A refund was offered by VentorTech during the support process, but after a communication gap regarding one of their follow up emails, they ultimately refused both a full and partial refund.What makes this even harder to understand is that the subscription functionality is now sold as a separate paid extension. Based on our experience, the subscription handling never became reliable enough for production use.The support staff were always professional and genuinely tried to help, and I appreciate that. However, the product did not meet the expectations that a WooCommerce connector creates, and the final handling of the refund discussion left us disappointed.If your business depends on WooCommerce Subscriptions, I strongly recommend requesting a live demonstration using your own subscription scenarios before making a purchase.

We partnered with HS on few projects. Started with small test work to see how things would go on a small scale. During this test we were able to talk with mgmt team (both PM and Top mgmt), CTO and few tech team members and we liked what we heard. Team was really focused on suggesting to us different options and describing pros and cons of each. So we proceeded to a bigger project planning. It's mid the journey and so far we are happy with the approach and quality, especially when some tension comes up with bugs or anything - we're able to figure out the win win, and we receive reasonable outline of why this or that happened.

It was a never-ending cycle.The product never worked at any point, not even partially.They talk a lot about “best practices”, “scalability”, and “clean architecture”, but:Their code, reviewed by external experts, was a disaster.Functions with over 500 lines, no automated tests, no proper error handling, and no security.Critical security flaws:Users could access and modify other users’ resources — a massive breach of trust and privacy.Ultimately, it was a complete waste of time, money, and energy.When challenged, they were arrogant and even mocked us instead of taking accountability.🔴 Avoid them at all costs. If you value your time, your budget, and your sanity — don’t even call them.
