The SoloWay team built a robust Django and Django REST Framework backend with custom endpoints. This allowed the voice agent to autonomously identify clinics by phone number, verify insurance providers, and retrieve policy coverage details during live calls. They optimized everything specifically for voice interactions. This included data normalization (like cleaning up dictated policy numbers) and fuzzy matching for insurance company names so the AI could process requests accurately. They also set up smart error-handling and webhooks so the AI could gracefully manage ""not found"" cases without dropping the call. Project management was excellent. The team and their PM were flexible, always willing to adapt sprint goals to our changing needs. They provided transparent updates on backend and frontend progress, delivered continuous design iterations, and tested all new features on schedule. What stood out most was their technical expertise and ability to work independently. By actively reviewing test call transcripts, they continuously refined the AI's logic with minimal oversight. They brought great ideas to the table, responded quickly, and delivered a top-tier product.
