I needed to set up my work email on a new device, my work mobile. I called Techware for assistance. The staff "Fidel" guided me through the process step by step with clear instructions. While it wasn't a straightforward task, he was patient and suggested alternative approaches until we achieved success. After nearly an hour, I successfully got access to my work email on my phone. I greatly appreciated the excellent support and service provided by the him. Thanks to Fidel and Techware team.Soe Soe MoeSettlement PractitionerSouth East Community Links

If the position is not available, please do not schedule interviews, as it wastes the candidate’s time. Similarly, if you feel a resume is not suitable, kindly avoid proceeding with the interview. It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Ideally, profiles should be screened carefully, and only those that match the role should be invited for a face-to-face interview.I hope the recruitment process improves, as currently there is no proper update or communication regarding interview.
