Intellect IT has been the provider of IT services to our family companies for approximately 23 years. They helped us set up five business locations, established VPN tunnels and networked across three sites and our home. They established our servers and upgraded them in a very timely and proactive manner. On the one instance when we had an emergency, the response was fantastic. Their ongoing service and protection solutions bring us peace of mind. Their ability to chase down problems that they suspect actually reside in the providers of specialist SAAS products has been especially impressive as it reflects the depth of knowledge within their company and the staff retention that provides them with a corporate knowledge of the changes our operations over the years. I have no hesitation in recommending them as an IT Support Solutions advisor and indeed for their installation and networking work.
