One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

I have just received a call from this company from their HR named Jessica Irfan. Really rude to speak with and doesn't have the sense to talk to a candidate in a professional manner for a job interview. Hence, she called and was just racing through the call so she can just hang up. When she asked me to tell about my self, I started off and after a few seconds she cut me off by saying "okay now tell me what's your salary" I was flattered to know how unprofessional that was. When I replied to her answer regarding my pay. She than quickly said "OKAY WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BYE!!"If you don't wanna hire a candidate or don't find them suitable due to their higher pay, you can respectfully say our salary bracket is this this and I'm sorry but we can't meet your expectations.This was like one of the most unprofessional calls I've ever received from an HR. HR accocaites are the face of the company and there actions reflect on the company's external image.Really shocked to know attitudes like this exist in today's corporate offices.

All of the staff at Intelecis go above and beyond what is expected. The response time is super quick and they always follow up and make sure that our systems are working the way they should. This company's terrible wifi system that they had us install at our hotel is complete garbage. They used our existing infrastructure and replaced all the access points. We continually have connection issues with our guests even though the heat map provided by these guys showed great coverage in those areas. Their 24/hr customer tech line is a joke. Guests have to leave a voice mail after hours. All of my issues have fallen on deaf ears and the final nail in the coffin was the loss of a $55,000 contract because the vetting agent experienced poor internet signal. I should sue these people. Stay away, stay away, stay away.
