As an IT Director, I've worked with several MSPs over the years. We weren't looking for another one. We wanted to bring in a specialist to help us harden our Microsoft 365 environment against CIS benchmarks, and Netirio was the right fit.One of the biggest differences was direct access to their expertise. When I called in, I was talking to Nick, the same person doing the actual work on our tenant. No account managers trying to sell us things we don't need. His business partner, Avery, listened to what we needed and helped tailor a project scope that worked for us. That alone was a huge plus.Over four sessions, Nick walked us through Conditional Access policies, email security, SharePoint, Teams, and identity protection. He tailored every recommendation to our environment and was honest about what was worth implementing versus what would just add friction. Our Microsoft Secure Score jumped significantly, well above average for organizations our size.Highly recommend Netirio if you're looking for hands-on Microsoft 365 security help. We'll continue using them in the future.

They've have been a tremendous resource for us over the past four years...1st - They are SUPER-RESPONSIVE. Whether we're talking about small nuisances around the office or big OMG-type problems, there's always someone available to help.2nd - THEY SPEAK IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND. This is SO important. When I'm given suggestions about how to stabilize our network and security, they come down to my level. I really do know what they want to do and why.3rd - BNC technicians are HYPER-COMPETENT. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too.Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason?TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT.The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... We're simply not going to do that.tldr: HIRE BNC FOR YOUR IT SERVICES - it'll help you sleep easy at night knowing your business is in good hands.
