I had a great experience with Cannon System Design! They were willing to step in and help me in a pinch, which meant so much. Their team was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s not always easy to find people who are both knowledgeable and genuinely kind, but they were both. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them!

Chrysalis has provided IT service for our church for almost 2 years. They're prompt in returning calls (same day, not a couple of days later) and I've been impressed how quickly they have solved my software and hardware issues. I would highly recommend Chrysalis for your IT needs.

Feedback on IT Support - MarkThis morning, I was running behind for our scheduled meeting, and I truly appreciated Mark's patience with my tardiness. Once I communicated that I was delayed but my computer was online, he immediately began his tasks without hesitation.During the session, Mark not only resolved my computer issues quickly and effectively, but he also took a moment to share advice-- reminding me to enjoy these times with my kids because they grow up so fast. That thoughtful reminder meant a lot and showed the personal care he brings to his work.Thank you, Mark for your professionalism, patience, and the excellent support you provided today.Renee T - CFGC

He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure everything was working perfectly before finishing up. Highly recommend SecureTech, especially if you get the chance to work with Tyler Bridge!

This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.

I've had the privilege of working with Varay as their vendor and as their client. In fact, it's because of our experience with them as our client over the last few years that I knew it was only a matter of time before we would hire them to help us with our IT.Last year, with a growing team and a maturing business, I came to a point where I needed to provide laptops and IT support for our team. I could, and have tried, tinkering my way to what laptops to get and how to troubleshoot errors when they popped up, but that would only distract me from more important work that only I could do.For the last year, Varay has taken care of it all. I don't have to worry about someone having issues with a laptop and not being able to get something fixed quickly. But the real beauty of it is that they are taking care of things in the background, so hardly anything ever happens. As a small business owner with less than 10 full time employees, I can say that Varay is competitively priced and their service is head and shoulders above others.Thank you Varay team!

If the position is not available, please do not schedule interviews, as it wastes the candidate’s time. Similarly, if you feel a resume is not suitable, kindly avoid proceeding with the interview. It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Ideally, profiles should be screened carefully, and only those that match the role should be invited for a face-to-face interview.I hope the recruitment process improves, as currently there is no proper update or communication regarding interview.
