For the digital marketing portion of the project, Scan tracked growth and engagement on our social media platforms. It was clear that their work directly drove growth in our online presence. On the web development side, our investors and internal executive stakeholders were impressed with their work. Its too early to truly gauge the value of the site, but in the immediate term, those who didn't like the old site have really liked the new one. They were great with structuring regular Zoom calls to keep everything on track. Outside of these calls, we communicated via email and Basecamp.
