When my business partner and I realized that we needed an app developed for our company, it seemed like a mountain in front of us we would never be able to climb. Nick and his team at NS804 basically air lifted us to the top of that mountain. After we crudely explained what we were trying to accomplish, Nick was able to guide us through the steps needed, and even made several recommendations throughout the process that ultimately led to a better app and a better user experience for our customers. The app they developed for us integrates seamlessly with our hardware, and is the backbone of our entire operation. Nick and his team went above and beyond for us with countless hours and late nights leading up to our launch in order to help us get everything dialed in. We've dealt with cheaper developers in the past, and the difference is night and day, not only in support, but the quality of the code and final product. When we needed to make changes to the app after testing, NS804 was able to do it quickly and easily because they had the foresight and proper coding to be able to make those modifications without destroying the rest of the functionality, which was not our experience with other developers. With the application being so important to our companies process, I am SO glad we didn't just chose the cheapest option for development. We would not be as successful as we were without them. My perspective of Ridiculous Engineering comes from having worked from the inside and knowing the key players involved, so I just wanted to provide that caveat up front.I've known the founders, Paul Ramos and Patrizia Marziali, since 2014. The breadth and depth of their industry knowledge is expansive in the domains of both software and systems engineering. They are technology agnostic and have access to a large network of engineers who can professionally, expeditiously and expertly work in multiple stacks. Engineers, including myself WANT to work with them because of their professionalism and reliability as well as the acumen and ethics they bring to the table. On top of it all, their integrity impresses me the most. I worked with them on a project to help stand up a web platform for a design shop based in Burlington, VT and we were able to complete the work in a timely and organized fashion thanks in no small part to their understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle as well as project management organizational skills. They leveraged our engineering skills adeptly and provided us with the necessary skills and direction to make the rest of the execution as snap. I highly recommend their services and though am currently engaged, would enthusiastically work with them again.

In a year with only 20 hours of effort a month we went from getting an average position of 45 with 1,500 impressions and 8 clicks a day; to an average position of 30 with 10,000 impressions and 18 clicks a day. The implementation of a theme was previously botched by another company and Smile Media was able to come in and work on fixing those issues while still focusing on SEO boosting. Their technical skills are extremely good and they are transparent about their billing with hourly breakdowns. Definitely a good SEO company.
