My journey started nine years ago, in November 2015, when I joined this company—my first real job. I was full of dreams and excitement for my career, ready to give my best to the company.At first, they asked me to work for free for a month and use my own laptop. It felt unfair; they expected someone new to work like an expert without even paying them. It felt like prison. I went through three tough interview rounds, and when I finally joined, I was seated far away from my team, completely isolated.The office was in Sector 4, Noida, and shared space with another company. Meenakshi from HR gave me a workstation far from my team, leaving me with no support. Ankit, who is now the COO, gave me a lot of work on my very first day, expecting me to know everything. When I asked for help, he got upset. It was like being thrown into deep water without knowing how to swim.The environment was toxic. Ankit, with his messy long hair, would yell and swear at his colleagues, while Meenakshi laughed at the chaos. There was no training, no guidance, and no support for someone new like me trying to figure things out.Just two days after I started, right before Diwali, they fired me. HR’s final words crushed my confidence, saying I would never succeed in any job.It took me three months to recover from the trauma. Even now, eight years later, thinking about it brings me to tears. The humiliation I faced for just wanting to learn and grow still hurts me.When I tried to share my story in reviews, they blocked it and even threatened legal action from the CEO. Their refusal to admit they did anything wrong says a lot about the kind of company they are.Looking back, I sometimes wonder how Ankit and Meenakshi are doing now. A few years ago, I reached out to Heral for custom Mailchimp newsletter development based on AnnexCore's great online reviews in addition to their Mailchimp expert accreditation. He was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and even finished the job early with no revisions necessary.I refreshed our newsletter a couple weeks ago and then contacted Heral to execute the project. He responded to me right away, started the task immediately and completed the project ahead of schedule once again. This design was slightly more complex than the previous one, so Heral consulted me on a few issues to remedy a minor issue I had with the design. It was another great experience working with Heral and Annexcore. I recommend AnnexCore and Heral for any email marketing consulting and will definitely be using them in the future.

During my short tenure, I observed several deeply unprofessional practices that left a lasting negative impact on me:•Salaries were often delayed, without prior communication or explanation.•There were unexplained deductions in monthly salary, and any attempts to raise concerns were either ignored or dismissed by HR.•The HR department was shockingly rude. I personally witnessed employees being humiliated or emotionally broken when they decided to resign — some even left in tears.•No proper Full and Final Settlement (FNF) or professional offboarding process was followed. It’s like once you resign, you’re treated as if you never existed.•Even after resignation, the company continued to send intimidating and threatening emails and begging for small amount of money like 20k, showing a complete lack of empathy — especially towards people who were already in a tough personal or financial situation.If you’re considering joining, please rethink carefully. Make sure everything is documented in writing — verbal promises mean nothing here. A company’s real face shows not when you join, but when you try to leave. And unfortunately, this one shows zero professionalism, zero compassion, and zero respect for employees.

One of the worst organisation I have ever experienced . Exit process is worst moreover company doesn’t respond on your final f&f queries and literally one has to chase to get their full n final payment. Depending upon clients requirement organisation and their leaders push their employees and even salary is deducted if it is not billed as per clients need. Pathetic to be honest. Lala companies are doing better than this in country.
