Join at your own risk. My experience with Mantra Labs Pvt Ltd was disappointing. Payments were often delayed — sometimes up to 3 months — even while actively working. After leaving the company, the full and final (F&F) settlement has still not been processed, even after 6+ months. Despite flashy LinkedIn posts about AI and innovation, the internal management and employee treatment tell a different story. Think twice before joining.

As a fresher, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had such helpful colleagues who guided and mentored me along the way. If I were to point out one area for improvement, it would be the lunch facilities. Having a dedicated lunch stall or subsidized lunch options would have been great, especially for someone like me who was not from Bangalore and had to search for suitable places to eat every day. Nevertheless, I understand that this is not a necessity and doesn't significantly impact the overall experience. I owe a great deal of my personal and professional growth to Mantra Labs. The opportunities I received and the support I encountered played a significant role in shaping me into the person I am today. I am immensely grateful for that. In summary, my time at Mantra Labs was a five-star experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a nurturing and growth-oriented work environment.
