I've actually never been so humiliated in the professional environment.It's important for companies to remember that interviews are a two-way process. They are not just about evaluating candidates, but also about demonstrating the company's values and culture. Unfortunately, my experience with Apadmi fell short of the professional standards one would expect, however i would say Marcus, one of the board members was a delight in my first stage.I hope my feedback is taken constructively, as it is intended to highlight areas where there is significant room for improvement in how Apadmi manages its recruitment process and senior staff interactions.
