Extremely judgemental, sad, employees. I recently moved to town and came in after work in my business attire. After getting a confused look from the associate up front, (not even a greeting). I started browsing, but everytime I looked up, I was being stared at which made me slightly uncomfortable. I moved towards the back and an associate there said hello, we had a short chat about comics and trading cards but they were rude to a younger customer that came in, it was unwarranted and I'm assuming either this is the employee's normal behavior or an elitist owner. I also couldn't help but wonder if the associate was under some sort of influence. After noticing the trading card prices are exponentially higher than I'm used to seeing in bigger cities, where that sort of pricing would make more sense; I took my leave not purchasing anything feeling underwhelmed. As I passed the associate up front, they still did nothing but continue to stare. Are they not used to the professional community? The store is tidy and organized but cluttered and the atmosphere/vibe is cold. Also not much of a variety for a hobby store. I would much rather take the trip to Milton Freewater to the hobby store there or even Gamestop would be a better choice. I do not see myself returning in the future.

The ongoing parking issue caused by employees from businesses at The Capricorn Centre is getting out of control and is severely affecting residents in our private residential estate.Workers from multiple businesses are regularly parking in our estate, making it difficult for residents to park near their own homes. Our roads are already narrow, and now, due to double parking, it is becoming even more restricted, creating major problems.Serious issues include:- Blocked footpaths, forcing pedestrians, wheelchair users, and parents with prams onto the road.- Obstructed access for emergency vehicles, putting lives at risk.- Disruptions on bin collection days, as refuse trucks struggle to get through.This week, a particularly dangerous incident occurred—a lady with a pram was forced onto the road due to blocked pavements, and a speeding vehicle almost hit her. This is completely unacceptable and could have ended in a serious accident.Businesses at The Capricorn Centre must take responsibility and stop their employees from using our residential streets as a car park. There are alternative parking options available, and this level of disregard for a residential community is simply not acceptable.Until action is taken, I strongly discourage any business from operating in a way that disrupts and endangers local residents.
