Roger West is the BEST (especially Kendall). I'll be honest... I had never heard of this agency and was a bit skeptical about them at first. They proved me wrong on day ONE. They're genuinely good at ALL areas of design, copywriting, ad optimization, SEO, and web development. Like ACTUALLY very good. I've worked with many agencies over the years -- some well-known, some not -- and none of them are good at everything marketing-related EXCEPT Roger West. They made us feel like their only customer, were so professional and smart, and made our team's marketing load 10x lighter.

We recently undertook a review of marketing agencies across the U.S. to do updated branding work and a website refresh. Of the more than 20 agencies we evaluated, Roger West Creative decidedly stood out. I really felt Roger West understood the nuance of how marketing and sales strategies should be deployed -- with your full sales effort in mind. I was beyond impressed with the marketing talent which resides here and they were a top choice in our final decision. The discovery conversations were super constructive and I really felt the team took their time to carefully listen and understand what we were trying to accomplish in our market space. They ask great questions that generate meaningful ideation and stay mindful of PURPOSE. This is probably the best marketing agency in the greater Tampa area and I feel their end product could easily compete on the national stage.

Would not recommend. We gave them our SEO,social media and Google ads. They messed all of it up. To much to mention but here's a few things. We are in an area with a million people and told them what area we cover. Instead they concentrated on 1 town with 35 thousand people. They had no concept of how Google ads work or the purpose of them. When we questioned them about it they told us that they were using it for analytics. Didn't understand pay per click. As far as social media they were putting up text ads only. When questioned they said picture or video ads cost extra. They built us a decent looking website but were supposed to use WordPress. We found out when we were leaving them and questioned why they used an unknown platform and we were told that we got a free upgrade. During the 2 years we used them our sales dropped 30%. It was almost terminal for us

We have been using Socius for our SEO and paid ad campaigns for over a year now. My reps, Kelley and Tandy, have done an excellent job ensuring we are optimizing all campaigns. We hired ROI as our digital marketing company to manage our website, social media and work on branding. ROI has totally revamped our Foundation's website and social media. I cannot speak highly enough of Zack, Amber, Kayla, Alfonso and their team members. I love how easy it is to schedule meetings. I also love the video links that Alfonso has me when we are working on doing any updates to the website. I get that visual and am able to hear him explain things or ask me questions. I love being able to communicate my feedback by being able to leave notes & pictures and use the approval links. Same with the monthly social media post approvals.
