I am a happy dentist with a startup office that opened in December 2025. I wasn't happy then. I got into a contract way back in July with a very incompetent and dishonest marketing company and lost so much time and money. I struggled and got myself out from this mess finally. I talked to multiple marketing agents and that's when I found NShine late Jan - early Feb. They definitely sounded like they knew what they were doing; they were not talking about what color my website should be or whether there should be a video playing on the background of the website. They talked about how Google algorithm works. So many marketing companies put you in their fixed package after coming up with a golden formula that they are so proud of cuz it worked on 1-2 businesses they support - they have you pay for a little bit of mailing and a little bit of Google ads and a little bit of SEO and etc. NShine straight up said in my situation, they are not going to have me pay a penny on things that don't work. They removed mailing. They removed SEO. They analyzed my office's unique situation and put my investment into just few things that actually can bring results. By the time they set up everything and the actual marketing started, it was mid Feb. Now I am writing this review mid April. I am getting 50 new patients a month and the office is doing positive cash flow. As things are moving the right path, NShin now recommends that I start investing in other marketing methods so I don't have to keep on spending money on Google Ads. They are constantly checking numbers. They are constantly adjusting their approaches to keep the ROI at the highest possible number.

Every expert rated my site poorly for SEO and user experience, citing bad optimization and poor design as the main issues.When I asked Xoopah about SEO, they first claimed I could send them the information to implement, yet refused to grant me access to do it myself. Since they withhold the ability to make changes, I told them to handle it as the "experts". Later, they admitted they don’t offer SEO at all, and it would be $500 to transfer my website elsewhere—despite their service only costing $100 per year.Their lack of transparency and restrictive policies make them a bad choice for web services. If you want control over your website and proper SEO, look elsewhere—Xoopah will hold your site hostage while charging unnecessary fees.
