We have engaged Infinum to develop an app that would digitalise our leasing process. From creating the initial offer through the necessary financing application and client identification to the final signature – all the steps required to successfully lease a vehicle or other object can be performed in-app, freeing the users of friction and having to deal with tedious paperwork.The app itself in the background has 30+ integrations, while keeping a seamless and quick to follow process on the front for our users. That application is in production and Infinum is responsible for maintaining it and further improving. After the initial development, we have additionally expanded our scope from vehicles to other equipment. They have also developed a Leasing widget, product which enables quick financing model while purchasing a vehicle online on car seller marketplace pages. At this moment, we are still in partnership with Infinum, and their engagement is mainly focused on localising the app to other countries and supporting us in our further business expansion. The work performed was done in Ruby on Rails and React technology, with support of other services.

We've used Good Code in the past and had good satisfaction with the work. In this project, unfortunately we had a bad experience.The situation:1. We had a front end project that we wanted to get done externally because our internal devs were focused on other projects2. The project was fully taped out, high fidelity designs were complete, and the back end was finished prior3. GoodCode quoted 60 hours to complete the work, terms were agreed to and the project was scheduled4. The developer who was assigned was a new hire to GoodCode which gave some pause, but we had good experiences prior so we assumed it would be the same5. There were no updates sent to us as the project progressed6. Project went over the 60 hours with no notice until right before delivery that it exceeded the amount by 20+ hours7. The developer opened a 5,156 line PR with our team for delivery8. When we asked to break up the PR for easier review, was told we would have to pay for the hours to do so9. We refused to pay more given the project had already significantly exceeded the estimateWe tried to appeal that this service was unacceptable given how much we were paying per hour for Good Code expertise. They refused.While they were responsive and within a reasonable time frame of delivery, I was very disappointed in how this project turned out.

Wezom is an enterprise software development company with more than 275 specialists. We brought RGray in for startup marketing and growth marketing for a FinTech SaaS platform we had built for a client, an early stage startup with a finished product and almost no market presence. RGray started with their startup marketing foundation: market and competitor research, positioning and messaging, and a growth strategy built on three prioritized hypotheses, each with its own funnel and success metrics. They then implemented the channels: SEO, GEO for visibility inside AI search and AI assistants, PR and digital media, and paid user acquisition to test the funnels fast. Analytics and attribution were in place from the start.They also built AI into the daily marketing work: a custom multi agent system using Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini for research, content production and localization, handed over with workflows, prompts and checklists. Two of the three hypotheses proved out, so we elaborated those two and their funnels. CAC started at $31 and fell to $16 by the end of the test campaign, below the industry average. The campaign brought around 2,500 activated users, which boosted revenue and gave us real data for funnel, user and product analysis. The client finished with a working acquisition system and the documentation to run it, not a set of campaigns. Project management was on time and on budget: weekly calls, a shared board with owners and deadlines, monthly reporting against the strategy metrics, same day answers. When our client's roadmap moved, they resequenced the plan in days. Most impressive: they think like product owners, not like a service agency, and they challenged our ICP and pricing assumptions correctly. One improvement: the early reports were denser than we needed, and they added an executive summary once we asked.
