After a round of interviews and a technical test, they "hired" me for a position of senior database developer, back in September. They told me that work would not start until around December and I've never heard from them since.I think they pretend to interview people, just to add them to their "talent pool" in case they need them later. They lie to you through their teeth while smiling.

They contacted me for a job interview and I contacted them, they had a fairly broken communication response. I kept trying then over a holiday while I was checking out the company, doing research on a potential employer as I was taught to do for job interviews. And I noticed their certificates expired, which is understandable, I contacted them and didn't get a response, understandable for a smaller company. I reported it to whom ever I could which was the interviewer and the CEO, then no one ever contacted me again. It is probably better, their hiring manager seemed more intent on playing games and politics than actually hiring someone with any skill.

Extremely poor experience during recruitment process. It only indicated how they treat people inside the company. They force job applicants to do time-consuming tasks, and then they send very vague feedback. In EU this kind of practice is called unpaid consulting, and can be penalised by Fair Trade Organization. I recommend to think twice before doing business with Netguru Poland :)

RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI.

This company is illegitimate. Someone close to me was offered a job without an interview, and there have been numerous red flags. They sent a fake check (from a closed bank account and signed by “Long Live”) to buy needed materials for the job. Luckily we were smart enough not to provide any information or click on any email links.Stay away! I have tried numerous times to make contact with someone legitimate in the company but haven’t heard anything.

⚠️ Honest Review – Worked Here in 2017 (Still Traumatized)I worked in this company back in **2017** for about a month. The **training period was 14 days**, and there was **no pay during training**. Your salary starts only from the day you hit the production floor.Even back then, the **basic salary was ₹8,500**, and to my surprise, I’m still seeing reviews from just 3 years ago mentioning the same pay — no growth at all. That says a lot.The **work environment was extremely toxic**. If you didn’t meet the required number of sales in a day, you would be **scolded publicly in front of 200–300 employees** by your **SME or team lead**. It wasn’t professional — it was humiliating.Even now, after having **6+ years of experience** working with reputed firms like **Accenture** and **Maersk**, I **still can’t forget the mental trauma** this company gave me in that short time.**Paid leaves?** Non-existent. If you take even **one day off without informing**, they **deduct two days' pay** — yes, two days for a single day of absence. The **only holidays** are based on the **US calendar** if you're in a customer support role (night shifts), and there are **no shift allowances, no cab, no transport support** either.### 🚫 My advice:If you're considering joining — **please skip this company**. No job is worth your mental health, especially not for such low pay and harsh conditions.
