26.02.2016 I just attended the Google Growth Engine with eu40 event in Brussels and I have to say that the GreenLight team from the moment they got in touch to the ladies on the ground at the event have been amazing. I wish I could remember all the names so I could mention them in person but from the lady that met us at the airport (name spelt with a B but pronounced a V) who was brilliant, to the lady who was waiting at the Hotel to greet us with a permanent smile an air of happiness and a plethora of information about literally everything I cannot thank you enough. I hope to travel with you again very very soon, thanks again. The communication was excellent and once again I cant recommend them enough.

Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.

I am an educator with little interest in tinkering with my very simple personal/professional website other than adding and editing content. I discovered Ross and AIM back in 2016 when I needed help migrating and updating my antiquated Yahoo-based website I had created back in 2003. He accomplished this in a very streamlined way, and set me up with a WordPress site that I could easily interact with, and which basically ran itself. In the few instances that I have had to ask Ross for some help navigating WordPress, updating security settings, etc, he has been very helpful and generous with his time and advice. As someone who does not want to get bogged down in the details of web hosting, and who just needs someone to make it work for them, I highly recommend Ross and AIM.

Ross and his team provide great service at an affordable price. I have worked with them for about 10 years and they always go over and above for me. When I want to learn how to do changes to my website myself, Ross will send me a video he creates so I can watch how he does things. The company is very responsive and frequently have changes done in a day or two. I feel completely confident in Ross and his team.
