Our trade association web site moved from a very well known national service provider.Our previous provider had gotten very large and been reoriginized several times resulting is us getting lost in the reshuffling and found it very difficult to communicate on just about everything. We decided to shop around and had another non profit recommend Orbit.We gave them a call and to our surprise they answered on the second ring, went thru a couple virtual meetings and the rest is history. Our life has become less stressful as they are a pleasure to work with on project : updates. I would highly recommend them on no matters large or small.

I’ve known Kesar for years and he’s just one of those people that if he says he can do something, he can and will!!! My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. After I left them a review they did not find favorable, a member of their own team and the owner submitted a false one-star review of my business in retaliation. The willingness to mislead others with fabricated reviews says a lot about their character.In direct conversations with the owner, Allison, I found her to be combative and unwilling to take responsibility for the quality of her company’s work. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, she repeatedly blamed outside factors. At one point, she even went so far as to call my business “fraudulent” — despite the fact that I had already demonstrated full compliance with the state licensing board and provided examples of her own past clients with nearly identical business structures.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this company. Professionalism, accountability, and honesty were sorely lacking in our interactions.

Roger West is the BEST (especially Kendall). I'll be honest... I had never heard of this agency and was a bit skeptical about them at first. They proved me wrong on day ONE. I was beyond impressed with the marketing talent which resides here and they were a top choice in our final decision. This is probably the best marketing agency in the greater Tampa area and I feel their end product could easily compete on the national stage.
