  I received a call from this company because I didn't have a website, or at least not a very basic one, for my business. Initially, I was suspicious since all communication was conducted over the phone. Later, and also when I signed the contract, we spoke via Zoom.In January 2025, I ordered a one-page website with a domain and email address for a total of €4400.According to the contract, half of the amount is due upon signing, and the remainder approximately three months later, in my case, for example, in April. This applies regardless of whether the website is finished by then or not.I was told that three months would be plenty of time for the website and that it would definitely be finished by the final invoice. Due to a few changes we made to the website design and apparent personnel changes at HGD Media, everything was somewhat delayed. Now, the website has essentially been finished for months, but we haven't heard anything from the company. We haven't received any responses by phone or email, nor have we been given a date for going live.We receive monthly invoices for the web service, which, according to the contract, covers a 36-month period, which is acceptable. However, we don't even have a website yet, and now we're supposed to pay €62 every month. Managing Director Mr. Heitmann isn't responding to any emails or anything else.I don't know where the good reviews come from, but I can't imagine there aren't any bad ones.Since the company also does SEO, it's no problem for them to let the bad reviews drag down.I can only advise everyone to be very careful with this company's promises.
