They provided us with window signs and internal graphic panels. After just a few months the internal graphic panels started to come apart but they always pretended to take care of it without coming to see the situation or replace it. They haven't answered the phone for a long time. Very bad

For the first job they seemed reliable, then they put up a banner which after a few days was torn and for over 1 month they have not answered the phone or messages and have not intervened to support the customer. This doesn't seem like serious after-sales service behavior to me.
