We couldn't be happier with our experience working with our neighbors, Sanctuary Marketing Group, to build the new northcantonlibrary.org! The folks at Aztek took time to understand our business processes before starting to design anything - even a simple redesign of a non-public-facing application. They asked questions to understand what a user would want to see, where they would expect to see it, and most importantly WHY. Through an iterative process, we arrived at an intuitive design that pops. An when we had any issues with implementation, including roll-out issues with small details, they were responsive and very helpful ironing out minuscule details well after checks had been cashed.
